Discover the detailed art of crafting Bean-to-Bar chocolate, a journey that involves fermenting, drying, roasting, grinding, refining, conching, and tempering the finest cacao beans. We proudly procure heirloom cacao beans directly from Tanzanian farmers, overseeing every stage of production to create distinctive and complex flavours.
Our commitment to single-origin chocolate means that each delectable creation originates from cacao beans grown in a specific region of Tanzania. This focus allows chocolate enthusiasts to savour the unparalleled characteristics unique to Tanzanian cacao.
At the heart of the Bean-to-Bar movement lies a dedication to sustainability, transparency, and ethical practices in chocolate production. Join us on a sensory adventure and indulge in the rich tapestry of flavours that the fascinating world of cacao has to offer. Sample some of our favourite chocolates and experience firsthand the essence of our craft.

Brent Thomas and his family have carried on some of their traditional way of life by living off and in nature. As a family they have regular walks in the mountain and on the beach and within season and with their permits they would forage and collect what they need as part of their lifestyle. Passed on through the generations of the indigenous people as their forefathers, you get to have a taste and live a bit in the past.
