The Wokness Monster was started in 2016 by Yumna Ganief. She ventured into a world where there was very little Halaal Asian food available to the Muslim community. It is also one of the very few female-owned businesses that specialises in Halaal Asian foods. Our products are handmade from scratch from ingredients that are sourced straight from Asia and local suppliers. Our products are made with high standards so that we can ensure the end product remains as authentic as possible. We also work closely with local suppliers so that we can encourage and support more local businesses within our area.

We have a very friendly and innovative team that consists of 5 staff members. Our staff is carefully trained to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service. Due to the diversity within SA, every item we produce is carefully checked and tested so that it can be received well within the SA market and pallets.
